It is required that oral abstract presenting authors who attend the KCR 2023 in person prepare their presentation files in Powerpoint Presentation (PPT) format including texts, images, and video files, etc.
The prepared file will need to be submitted to the Preview Room on the day of the presentation. Please note that presentation slides should be prepared in English.
Please prepare a PPT file consisting of multiple slides in 16:9 ratio landscape orientation. You may use a template that can be downloaded through the button below.

Font : Default fonts provided by MS Office (other fonts may not appear properly)
Submission method : Submit your presentation slides to the Preview Room on the day of your presentation (at least 2 hours before your presentation starts).

How to Upload Your Presentation
Please visit the Preview Room to check your presentation file(s) at least 2 hours before your session starts to ensure your presentation file(s) appear(s) properly. A technician will be ready to assist you with checking your presentation file(s). For those who are making presentation(s) in the morning on September 20 (Wed) – 23 (Sat), please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your session begins.
If your file(s) contain(s) video, be sure to check that it is working properly on the PC prepared in the Preview Room 3 hours prior to your presentation.
All presentation file(s) will be stored on a network server and will be accessible from the PC in each session room where the presentation(s) will be held 30 minutes prior to the start of the session.

Equipment
Session rooms will be equipped with a computer, projector, and microphone.
The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse, timer, and tablet PC.
We recommend that you DO NOT use your own laptop computer (in particular Apple Macintosh) for your presentation(s) to avoid computer-projector compatibility issues.
Before Your Presentation
Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins and take a seat in one of the reserved seats for presenters in the first row.
You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.
