Scientific Exhibition (E-Poster) Guideline

It is required that scientific exhibition abstract presenting authors who attend the KCR 2023 in person prepare their presentation files in Powerpoint Presentation (PPT) format including texts, images, and video files, etc.

Please note that presentation slides should be prepared in English.

Please prepare a PPT file consisting of multiple slides in 16:9 ratio landscape orientation.

-Presentation Submission Schedule: July 10, 2023(Mon)-July 31, 2023(Mon)

-Language of Presentation Material: English

*Modification of files will not be possible after the submission deadline.

*If you do not complete uploading your file by July 31(Mon), your abstract will NOT be presented during the KCR 2023, and will not be considered for the Scientific Exhibition Award.

Display Schedule and Location

-Date: September 20, 2023 (Wed) - September 23, 2023 (Sat)

-Place: On site (Hall B, 1F) & online

Presentation File Format

-File Format: MS Powerpoint

-Screen Ratio: 16:9

-Font: Default fonts provided by MS Office (other fonts may not appear properly)

-File Size: Maximum 200MB

-File Name: Abstract submission number_First name, Last name(presenter) eg. SE-2023-0000_Anna Woo

-Information on the First Slide: First slide must include “Abstract Title”, “Author’s Name”, “Affiliation”, and “Country” (must be the same as the information entered during the abstract submission).

*Compress and submit any separate movie or voice files as a Zip file. For video, submit it in wmv format for compatibility.

How to Upload Your Presentation

-Step 1: Go to ‘My Page’ and log in with the submitter’s ID and Password.

-Step 2: Click the ‘Go Submit Scientific Exhibition File’ button in the ‘Abstract Submission’ menu.

*Presentation upload may take time depending on your computer environment or file capacity.

Security Policy

-All presentation files will be kept safe before and after your presentation from any access. All presentation files submitted to the KCR 2023 will not be used for any other purpose than the scientific exhibition and as an educational tool on the KSR website after the congress under your consent.

-Based on the mutual agreement between the KSR and other radiological societies abroad (Colombia, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Singapore, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkiye, USA, Russia), awarded presentation slides (Best Scientific Exhibition Award) will be sent to other societies participating in the agreement.
